Yoga- soothing the mind and regenerating the body in the chaos of everyday life
What is yoga?
Yoga has ancient Indian roots, for some it is a physical exercise for others it is a philosophy of life. Yoga is very beneficial to our health: it regulates the internal glands, strengthens the spinal muscles, thus benefiting the health of the spine. Also strengthens and stretches the muscles, thus shaping a beautiful slender figure. It is an excellent way to improve your mood – yoga also counteracts the onset of depression, deeply relaxes, improves concentration and oxygenates and cleanses the entire body.
Yoga involves physical exercise combined with quieting the mind – meditation. Practicing yoga harmonizes the body and soul – merging them into one coherent whole. Exercising involves both the body, mind, soul and heart. Performing regularly and systematically the basic positions of yoga, or asanas, we feel happier. We feel a remarkable lightness and crispness both physically and mentally, and gain inner peace .
