- Dress Comfortably: The vineyard tour includes a walk that ascends a hill approximately 250 meters above sea level. Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear, and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather (consider a hat for summer or wellingtons and an umbrella for rainy days).
- Printed Voucher Presentation: On the day of your visit, present a printed, valid, and legible voucher. Without it, you won’t be able to access the service.
- Redemption Period: Vouchers are valid from early May to the end of August. Please note that in September and October, vineyard tours are limited to select weekends when grape harvesting is not taking place (this is not an all-year service).
- No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment, the voucher will be considered redeemed, and rescheduling will not be possible.
- Changing Appointments: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before your reservation. Please contact the contractor for confirmation.
