• the reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance – it does not guarantee the availability of the selected car,
• if the vehicle is unavailable, Trust may offer another car, date or refuse to confirm the reservation,
• with the availability of the car and positive verification of the driver, the reservation is confirmed,
• once the date is confirmed, date change by the driver is possible only within the available options – otherwise the original date applies.

Important information:

• the service includes car rental for a day or weekend with a limit of 200 km/day (excess kilometers payable in accordance with the contract),
• the following are forbidden: smoking in the car, transporting animals, foreign trips, towing, racing, off-road driving and subletting, violations are priced according to the contract,
• lost keys/documents or excessive tire wear (more than 0.5 mm) will result in an additional charge,
• for verification, the driver must provide the necessary documents (ID/passport, driver’s license) and their photos,
• service available all year round, subject to vehicle availability,
• requirements for the driver: min. 19 years old, driving license cat. B held for at least a year,
• the car is at the full disposal of the driver – passengers are accepted.
