Personal training is a safer alternetiva to group classes. The trainer devotes his attention to only one person exercising and adjusts the type of training to his/her purpose, surrounds him/her with care, takes care of the safety of exercises and his/her well-being. As a result, training is more effective. Effectiveness is also ensured by the fact that Training Room is an intimate place (on 120m2 a maximum of 3 personal training sessions are held), free from crowds, in which we do not waste time waiting for a place to be vacated at the machine. The owners personally manage the business: they hire the staff, take care of the appearance and cleanliness of the club and, as passionate sportsmen, conduct personal training themselves.
Personal training is a time during which one trainer devotes time exclusively to one person, doing a workout with him/her, tailored to his/her psychophysical capabilities and predispositions of the day. At the first meeting, a health history is taken and body composition is analyzed using specialized TANITA equipment. Types of workouts that we perform at TR:functional training,circuit training , performance training , bodybuilding training, anatomical band training, CORE muscle training,flexibility training, calisthenicstraining,training for runners, training with elements of boxing and kickboxing, training for pregnant women and just after.
The training is divided into:
- ca. 10-minute warm-up,
- ca. 40 – minute main part (which depends on the goal of the client),
- approx. 10 – minute stretching and cool down
4m2 package – entitles you to 4 – 60 minute personal training sessions with a trainer or coach of your choice .
8m2 package – entitles you to 8 – 60 minute personal training sessions with a trainer or coach of your choice .
12m2 package – entitles you to 12 – 60 minute personal training sessions with a trainer or coach of your choice .
Contraindications:
Exclusions: the voucher cannot be used by people who have an absolute contraindication to exercise.
