During the course, the recipient will go through a complete training program, which is based on kipper training for the beer industry. During the course, someone close to you will take part in sensory testing. He or she will also learn techniques for professional tasting with 8 kinds of beer. During the tasting, he or she will also learn the rules of beer selection for specific occasions, plus participate in a “Beer Mythbusters” session. The course is laced with beer trivia, anecdotes and a whole lot of questions, none of which will remain unanswered.
At the end of the course, each participant receives a Certificate “Sensory Evaluation of Beer”.

Attention!
As of January 2021, the First Degree Kipper Course will be additionally provided online as well. The organizer will set the course dates well in advance, and then the participant will receive a tasting package, consisting of 6 beer sorts, aroma standards and samples of brewing raw materials. The entire set will be available for personal collection in selected cities where the course is held.
