Our chefs, who come from the region of Panjab, will show you the richness of spices, prepared in accordance with the recipes passed down from generation to generation. We prepare our dishes in a traditional clay oven called “tandoor”, in which, due to the high temperature and short cooking time, our dishes always remain tender and extremely juicy. In the oven we also bake the traditional and world-famous Indian “naan” or ” roti” breads which are a delicious accompaniment to both meat and vegetable dishes.
