Without learning about the history and philosophy of this Japanese culinary art, it is difficult to have due respect for the traditions and products with which sushimasters work. For this reason, the recipient will receive a solid portion of theoretical knowledge, which is an introduction to practice, and at the same time a background in the process of preparing the perfect rice for sushi. The course participants will acquire the skills of proper selection of ingredients and proper cutting of individual products so as to create an aesthetic composition with their help. Each participant will independently prepare: hosomaki, futomaki, uramaki and nigiri and compose their own unique sushi set based on them.
