Now under the capable leadership of Stephanie Brimo, who brings over a decade of international training in the hotel and food industry, the bakery expands Mrs. Fijumura’s original vision. Stephanie maintains the essence of JiPan by preserving its skilled team, cherished recipes, and high-quality ingredients.
