Manufaktura Czekolady is the only factory in Poland where chocolate is made by hand, directly from the cocoa bean. At the manufactory you can make your own chocolate dreams come true!
Workshop schedule:
1. Welcome the participants, introduce the course of the workshop, distribute aprons for the duration of the workshop.
2. Designing your own chocolate bar with the addition of selected freeze-dried fruits and nuts.
3. Forming shapes of 10 pralines from praline ganache mass.
4. demonstration of hand tempering of chocolate.
5. own tempering of chocolate by participants.
6. pouring the tempered chocolate into molds, putting designed patterns on chocolates, cooling chocolates in refrigerators.
7. coating pralines with milk chocolate and decorating with selected freeze-dried fruits and nuts.
8. Presentation of the processes of chocolate production from the very bean.
9. Tasting of milk chocolate for drinking.
10. Tasting of dark chocolate bars.
11. Self-packaging of chocolates and pralines in selected packages.
12. Distribution of Junior Chocolatier Diplomas.
