The tenement was built in the 14th century and boasts a rich history. It was here that the Scharffenberg family’s printing house, the oldest in Poland, was located between 1570 and 1614! The owners of the tenement have made every effort to ensure that the building, after restoration, retains its character, and that each apartment reflects the magical atmosphere of the place. The walls of the apartments are decorated with beautiful photos of the printing presses of the time. The magnificent location of the tenement makes it easy to explore Krakow. The apartments are located just off the Main Square, near the Cloth Hall and the Wawel Castle.
