The Training Stages
Stage 1 – 40 rounds of ammunition per participant
- Introduction to safety protocols
- Overview of shooting range rules and regulations
- Familiarization with the firearm models available for training (choose from Glock17, CZ Shadow SP-01, or H&K SFP9)
- Fundamentals of accurate shooting
- Training on the safe handling of firearms
- Tactical and emergency magazine changes
- Static shooting practice (40 rounds of 9mmx19mm)
Stage 2 – 60 rounds of 9mmx19mm ammunition per participant
Participants will begin with the weapon and ammunition concealed under clothing, starting in a standing position with hands either alongside the torso or crossed at the waist.
Shooting tasks are as follows:
Task 1
- Distance to target: 2.74 m
- Total shots: 12
- Three series of shooting with the strong hand (3 shots each) / unlimited time
- One series of shooting with the weak hand (3 shots) / unlimited time
Task 2
- Distance to target: 4.57 m
- Total shots: 12
- Participants shoot freely without time constraints
- Four series of shooting (3 shots each) with both hands or one hand
Task 3
- Distance to target: 6.40 m
- Total shots: 16 (four series with magazine changes)
Task 4
- Distance to target: 13.72 m
- Total shots: 10 (2 series of 3 shots and 1 series of 4 shots)
Task 5
- Distance to target: 22.86 m
- Total shots: 10
- Shooting from behind a curtain: 3 shots standing, 2 shots kneeling / unlimited time
- Repeat shooting from behind a curtain: 3 shots standing, 2 shots kneeling / unlimited time
Penalties
- Shots fired beyond the time limit: not applicable
- Shots exceeding the designated amount result in a deduction of one point
- Penalties do not accumulate
- Procedural errors incur a deduction of three points
