He was a two-time Polish Champion of 100 km in 2020 and 2021, took 5 victories in Wings For Life runs and passed the Polish record in the 6-Hour Run (95 km). Under the guidance of a champion, you or a loved one will gain valuable experience that will help you become better runners.
Why should you bet on running training with a professional?
You or a loved one, or maybe both of you, will have an initial interview, discussing concerns and problems with starting or continuing to run. You will discover weaknesses and strengthen strengths. Based on the conversation and your preferences, Dariusz Nozynski will help you assess your running technique and suggest methods to improve it. You will decide on the form of the main training itself – it can be outdoor or gym training.
VOUCHER FOR INDIVIDUAL RUNNING TRAINING INCLUDES:
- individual training with a professional for one or two people (depending on the variant),
- an interview with the runner about his or her running adventure so far, his or her goals and the problems he or she is facing,
- assessment and summary of running technique and tips on how to improve it,
- selecting the main training together with the participant – depending on his preferences and abilities,
- Q&A throughout the training – you can ask questions about any aspect related to nutrition, training and competition.
- The possibility of replacing running training with gym training. You will learn the most important exercises for a runner. The trainer will determine with you the weak points and ways to improve them.
